Prodigy

Students wander a fantasy world where every spell cast requires answering a math question pitched to their level. Teachers set the skills, the game handles the motivation, and reports show mastery by standard. The free tier covers all curriculum content; memberships are cosmetic.

Set a curriculum alignment for the current unit so the battles quiz exactly what you are teaching.

Blooket

Blooket's trick is separating the questions from the game: the same review set fuels a dozen game modes where answers earn towers, gold, or fish. Students grind vocabulary voluntarily because the game, not the quiz, is the thing they think they are playing.

Rotate game modes weekly with the same question set; retrieval practice hides in the novelty.
